In all honesty, I don’t have much experience with “paid babysitting” but growing up in a household with 3 older sisters and 2 younger siblings is quite the learning experience. I get along with all of them and I truly love spending time and doing new things with my younger sister and brothers. I know growing up I always wanted the attention or to do what my sisters were doing so it’s nice when you are given the same sort of attention and interaction. I have a huge family and I’ve babysitted cousins before as well. I graduated from Sachem North in 2016, I started at Suffolk, and now I attend Stony Brook University as a Biology major hoping to become a pediatrician. I played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse growing up so I love sports. One word to describe myself would definitely be outgoing. I am currently employed at the Read more Lake Grove Diner as a cashier/hostess and I have been working there for the past 2.5 years. Though I was born and raised here with the rest of my siblings, my parents had immigrated here from Turkey about 20 years ago and my father owns a few gas stations throughout Long Island. I’m really looking forward to expanding my horizons and caring for others outside of my family because I believe it’ll help build me into the MD I aspire to be! P.S: I know social media has completely taken over the world we live in today; especially my generation. I also understand how scary it is to leave your children with a stranger.
