I am an experienced teacher of all grades from first through high school (Waldorf teacher). I worked for seven years as a teacher and colored light therapist at Camphill Special School, where I received a four-year full-time training in anthroposophical curative education. I'm looking to take a break from classroom life. I recently have provided care for an infant/toddler and 6-7 year old. I have four young adult children of my own, who are in the process of establishing interesting, meaningful lives. I have skills in various arts and crafts--watercolor painting, music, cooking, knitting, etc. I love to spend time outdoors and believe children derive endless health benefits from spending time in nature. I love children of all ages and personalities, and am capable of working lovingly and creatively with them. I believe that children need clear boundaries, which allows them to feel safe and protected, and able to play Read more and work happily.
