My name is Kim. I'm patient, careful, intuitive, fun-loving, and really love working with children. I was a reading teacher at a private reading center in Scarsdale, NY for two years. I graduated from SUNY Purchase in 2011 with a B.A. in Creative Writing and a Minor in English and Comparative Literature. I also have my Master's in Childhood Education, for grades 1-6, and a Literacy certificate to teach preschool ages through 6th grade. I spend a lot of my time around children, not only because of my profession, but also because of my family! I have three lovely nieces aged 1, 2, and 4 years old, as well as a dashing 6 year old nephew. At the reading center I worked one-on-one with children ages 3-13, coming from diverse backgrounds and abilities in education, and I absolutely loved it!
