I am a native Texan living in NYC pursuing my passions in acting and youth education. I babysat all though high school and taught annually at the local summer camp for K- 4th grade aged kids. Throughout my time at American University (BA in Musical Theater, Magna Cum Laude '14) I babysat regularly for a brilliant 3 year old and volunteered at the local elementary school in DC. In my last year and a half in New York I have become involved with reading partners NYC and tutor a 5 year old once a week in reading and I have volunteered time teaching youth film classes at the after school program Applause.
