My name is Jennifer and I'm 33! Yes, I know that seems old, but I'm looking for a second job to help bring in an extra income for my fiancé and myself. I'm a jewelry designer, but my hours are extremely flexible. I have a lot of experience working with kids. I even have a 2 month old niece that I just adore! I do have references by the way. I used to be a care taker for a young boy that needed help in school, with his homework, tests that were coming up! I also had to learn to use an epitome due to the severity of his allergies. Luckily I never once had to use it on him. Made sure to always keep him safe and happy. We played games but when it was time to do work we worked and had a good time with it because Read more we made it fun. He was a wonderful kid and probably one of the best memories I have working with any child. I also worked for that family for 3 years! I have my own car, I sing (only for kids lol), I like to play games, and help them learn more for school. I will treat your child as if they were my own. I promise they would never be unhappy in my care! That's something I've never had happen. Kids can be tough and unruly at times, but that's a kid for you. They are supposed to tough and challenging. It would be a boring world if you didn't have that lol. Besides, learning to have fun while working is great experience. One kid I babysat for I would tell them if we finished all of her work together, we'd not only get to play her favorites game, I make pancakes for her (they were her favorite) and give her some ice cream with them! I would only do these things with the permission of the parents first and foremost. She was an absolutely wonderful girl. She was a tough cookie, but she was smart, funny, silly, and loving. Qualities that make anyone want to come back! Unfortunately after 1.5 years working with that family they moved and it was sad. Very sad goodbyes! However, I have great memories of her and her sister so it's not all bad. I also have a disabled older sister! Because of her, I am more understanding and compassionate to others. Along with patient. Her world is not an easy one and I find it amazing how she does all that she does day to day! I'm a better person because of her!! I'm a loving, kind, and compassionate person! So, if you're looking for someone with experience and wanting to work with kids again, please contact me! I won't disappoint you! 😉
