Hi :) My name is Katelynn, I am, 23 years old. I live in Middle Village, Queens, but go to school in Long Island so I am very familiar with Long Island as well as Queens and do not mind traveling! I have been working with children since I was 13 years old beginning with babysitting. At 16, I began working at Young Chefs Academy, which is a cooking school for kids, where I was an assistant for cooking classes, birthday parties, class trips, etc. In college, I volunteered for a Summer at a preschool for children with special needs, and worked a sleep away camp for children with Autism and other special needs. When I was in college, I also worked as a teacher's assistant for a gifted youth program. My first year after graduating college as I started my masters program, I worked as a teacher assistant for Read more a private school in a first grade classroom. I also have experience with newborns, infants and toddlers. Lastly, I work at a children's gymnastic fitness program working with children for camps, birthday parties, and classes. As you can see, I have a lot of experience with children both children with and without special needs. I love working with kids because it really brings a smile to my face!
