Hello, my name is Thailin da Silva, I`m from Brasil and my most recent experience was the au pair program in New York. I took care of 4 kids (one 3-years old girl, one 9-years old girl, one 13-years old boy and another 17-years old boy). It was an amazing experience, especially because of the difference of the ages. We worked very good together, I helped the kids to be more independent giving to them some duties around the week and helping them with It. I also had to drive them most of the time, cook for them every day, do the laundry, and shopping market for the family. It was a good experience, during the summer we went to the pool, to the park, playgrounds, basketball and tenis court, water park. During the summer we used to go to the movie`s theater, play videogames at home, go to the Read more library, ice skating, and make some special meal together. I believe that we need to hear each child, their opinion and preferences to make a good job. About me: I am an active person, I used to go to the gym and practice exercise (like yoga, run, spinning). I like to eat clean and in my time as an au pair I used to cook healthy for the kids and explain them that we have to take care of our body and nutrition. I am patiente, calm and a good driver. Also I like to read, travel, watch movies and TV shows, and hear stories about people. I am arriving in La on April 1. Thank you
