Over the past 6 years I have gained experience babysitting and working in a classroom consisting of about 12 young students. During my semesters at school (I attend Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and am a third year student) I babysit a 6 year old boy in Clinton Hill, which involves school pick ups. Throughout high school I worked as a CCD Teachers aid for three years and have experience planning and carrying out art projects and lesson plans with children aged 5 and 6. I also volunteered at my local library where I took part in the summer reading program. I was able to work with children from ages 3-12, often several at at time.
