First, I want to clarify that the reason I am ineligible for the motor vehicle badge on my profile is that I was late paying for my registration once and so I was fined. The fine has been paid. Unless your motor vehicle background is completely flawless, you do not get the motor vehicle badge, and employers do not have access to the report unless you ask to have it emailed it to you.
