I am a 21-year-old NYU student. I have been babysitting sporadically since I was 12 years old and regularly since I moved to New York three years ago. I have experience picking up and dropping off elementary school-aged children from school/various extracurricular activities, escorting them on the subway, organizing playdates, helping them with their homework, feeding them, and getting them ready for bed (I've been told I put on great bedtime story voices!). Additionally, I spent a year tutoring a 15 year old with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to that, I volunteered with Best Buddies (a nonprofit that creates opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities) for 3 years and still keep in touch with my buddies!
