I have been sitting for family friends since I was 13 years old. Beyond that I helped teach the kindergarden aged students at my temple. For a summer I was a swim instructor for children ages 2-5. I have been caring for a little boy who just turned 6, and his little sister who just turned 1 for the past year and a half. Watching her grow from infancy and caring for her as she discovered the world where everything was new was beautiful. Watching him use his imagination and hearing about everything he was learning was so special. Those are the reasons I love caring for children. I love arts and crafts, baking, games, and reading. I am nurturing, patient, energetic, and make safety a priority.
