I took care of a little boy who was 8 months old at the beginning of the summer. I was in charge of hearing him wake up, feed him breakfast, morning nap, lunch, afternoon nap, dinner, bath, and bottles throughout the day. I also would make a lot of his baby food how the mom instructed to me as well as wash his clothes in specific detergent. Every other day I would drive us to the beach club to meet his parents and have lunch together. Babysat for roughly 10 families in my hometown since I was 16 yrs old. • In high school, would drive some kids who were in elementary and middle school home and stay with them till their parents got home. • Read more Would help them change, start homework, get a snack, and maybe be prepared for an after school sports practice. • The evenings that I babysat for specific families, I would cook them dinner (usually the mom gave me ideas) and made sure they were in bed at the appropriate time. • Would often do whatever laundry was dirty and make sure to fold/put away. • Some families had me babysit for an entire weekend, typically just a Friday and Saturday night.
