As the second oldest of seven children, with 3 younger brothers (now 6, 10, and 14) and a 16 year old sister, I've had to babysit children with ages ranging 2-14 many times. So, I kind of fell into this role and have come to enjoy it quite a bit. When home in Philadelphia a few weekends ago, I babysat my two youngest brothers, had I realized I was darn good at this when they fell asleep to my reading of some children’s story. Really, it isn’t rocket science to care for a child. Just patience, caring, and diligence (to get them to brush their teeth :/).
