Hello! My name is Caroline Costello, I am a recent graduate of Marymount Manhattan College, where I graduated with a BFA in Acting with Honors. For the past four years I have worked as a nanny with an amazing family who have had to make the difficult decision to relocate due to Covid-19. The children were twins, and I watched them from ages 5-9! I love the children dearly, and after working with them five days a week for four years it is difficult to encapsulate all we did on a resume, but I am happy to answer any questions you may have! I also teach Irish dancing with the New York Studio of Irish Step Dance, which has been put on pause due to the current situation. I love staying active physically as well as mentally, and encourage less screen time and more hands-on playing, whether it be puzzles, Read more or the park! I grew up in a large family with plenty of younger cousins, so on top of professional experience, I've also been looking after children my whole life. I love being a sitter and finding new ways to help children learn and have fun while watching them grow! I've been cautious throughout the whole pandemic, only leaving my apartment to go on walks or to the grocery store, and have only socialized with my roommate, who is also taking precautions. Only recently, when it became safe to do so, I visited my family on Long Island to swim and enjoy some more space. I am willing to get tested on a semi-regular basis in order to ensure everyone's safety! In the last family I worked for, the father worked from home so I have experience with nannying in the same space as parents, and am very comfortable with that dynamic.
