I would recommend Tairis for a sitter job, whether that is part-time or full-time for a multitude of reasons, but I will just highlight a few that come to mind. First and foremost, she was extremely versatile/adaptable when it came to working with my son, who at the time of her arrival, was going through a growth spurt. Growth spurts for a toddler create extremely volatile and unpredictable times, making it quite difficult to understand the difficulties that a child might be dealing with. With very little instruction, she was able to show the tremendous level of care for my son, and build an affable relationship with him. Her overall disposition is very positive and illuminating, and she demonstrated a lot of compassion. Additionally, although we did not require her to do any chores, after satisfying all our fundamental needs for our son (Reading, getting him on a schedule, napping, etc.), she assisted with some house chores (i.e cleaning dishes) which tremendously helped my day to go more smoothly, given that I work over 10 hours per day.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Confirmed to watch our kids then the day of never responded and when I reached out said she had other plans. I wouldn’t put trust her.
