Carrie has been nannying for us for about a month. She is extremely reliable. Carrie focuses on the children 100% which is just what I wanted. She plays with them, sings with them, takes them outside, drives them to a local playgoup, everything. She is able to handle my 3 young ones (twin 3 year olds and a 2 year old) by herself with no problem, even at playgoup (I have never done it alone:) She is also the first person outside the family that I have allowed to drive the children. I feel very confident in her abilities caring for my children. I am very comfortable when I am work. i know the children are having fun, learning, and in good hands.
