She called us 10 minutes after our in person interview was scheduled to begin to say she forgot about it. We had confirmed the day before. I do not recommend her.

Do not bother with this one. She is insincere, unreliable and disrespectful. First she was late to her interview, but I decided to give her a chance at a trial. We confirmed and reconfirmed. I texted her this morning to confirm. She confirmed. Then she said she might be late because she was at the dentist (on a Saturday?) and it was running late. And then she didn’t show up. We were relying on her. She had ample opportunity to cancel if she wasn’t interested. This behavior is suspect. I’m also now suspicious that her references are fake. Do not risk your kids with this unstable person.
