I have been a caregiver for about 5 years now, ranging from working at daycares and summer camps to being a teacher at different schools. Throughout the years I’ve learned how to be the best at what I do and that patience and a good temper, along with many other qualities are important factors to being a caregiver. To me, a caregiver is a teacher, the people in your kids lives quite literally shape them to become the person they are and understanding that, I always try to supplement the children I care for with these qualities. Whether that be a lifestyle filled with constant learning, healthy food choices, or even just plain old morals, I try my absolute best to teach.
