I am a classically trained singer who is in the process of a career change. I will be starting at the Bankstreet College of Education in January and will be studying Early Childhood and Childhood Education. Upon graduation I will be certified to teach birth through 6th grade. I am very interested in the development of children and am looking forward to observing how they learn. I come from a large family, I am the youngest and spent a large part of my childhood helping my siblings with their children. I have always been astounded at how quickly they pick up the nuances of their world and find their open-mindedness inspiring. I am excited to have an opportunity to use what I have learned as a musician as well as what I will be learning at Bankstreet to educate and care for young ones.
