Hello! I am a qualified babysitter/nanny, originally from the tri-state area and grew up in Tenafly, NJ and the Upper West Side of Manhttan. I’ve been involved in child care for over fifteen years from babysitting on “date nights” to being a fulltime nanny. I have a History degree and women’s studies minor from Loyola University. I have had experience with children since the age of 13. I have worked for families in NYC, NJ, and New Orleans during college. I have my own transportation and a clean driving record as well. (available upon request) I worked at Woodmnot Day camp for 5 years as the gymnastics/ cheerleading instructor. I taught children ages 4-13 developing different age based curriculums. I was also heavily involved in the camp doing administrative work and working “special events” such as birthday parties, carnivals or theme based activities. Through camp, I babysat for various "camp families" including the director’s children. While attending Loyola University New Orleans I was an Au Pair for a visiting Philosophy Professor at Tulane University with one 8 year old son. I worked for them for 3 years fulltime while attending school. My duties included homework help, school drop off and pick up, driving to after school activities and some light cooking for dinner. I would occasionally stay overnight as needed Upon returning back to New Jersey, I worked for a family fulltime, Monday-Fridays with two boys ages 5 and 8. I picked them up from school, helped with homework, dinner, and playtime. During the summer I was with them fulltime in the morning until 6 at night.
