I grew up baby sitting my two younger brothers. One has cerebal palsy, so I have become pretty experienced with special needs children, as I also interned in the special ed progam at my highschool. I took a child development course in highschool as well and was assigned to work with a young girl with down syndrome. I have become very passionate about helping disabled children, and have began to pursue a career in psychology.
