My name is Jadan Brathwaite and I am currently a freshman at Dutchess Community College and my major is early childood education. I am 18 years of age and I currently live with my mother, my two siblings, and my dog Daisy. When I was younger, my mother and stepfather worked a lot so I was in charge of taking care of my little brother and sister. At the ages 11 and 12 I watched my cousins for a small fee and I was super excited. I became a certified babysitter my freshman year of high school and I also was CPR certified last year because I had to renew it to be valid. I was a full time babysitter in 2017 and I had so much fun connecting with the children and learning new things about them everyday.
