After obtaining a Bachelor's in Social Work in 2014, I have now decided that the time was right to return to school for My Master's in Social Work, to further my education. Along the way, I have babysat for several families in between school, and realized that everyday is a learning opportunity as a caregiver for blossoming children. I've volunteered and worked at Day Care Centers, as well as being the primary babysitter for two children ages 5 and 8 months.Taking bits and pieces from various places of employment, volunteer opportunities and internships, I am able to apply numerous concepts and principles when working with children. I also have a hands on experience of assisting in raising a child, as my mom has taken the opportunity to become a loving and caring foster parent to a child I now consider my little sister.
