Hi! My name is Kaitlyn and I am a college graduate of the University of Delaware. I am home in Westchester,NY looking to babysit as I continue to pursue my job search. My schedule is pretty open and flexible. Throughout high school, I gained experience working with children as a camp counselor at a horseback riding camp. I found this experience to be extremely fun and interesting. It definitely sparked my interest in continuing to work more with children. Senior year of high school I had an internship at a nursery school for a month and ½. With this internship I learned more about how to interact with children ages 2-7. The summer of 2011 I babysat for a family with 2 children. The children were ages 1 and 4. During the day, I would help the mother around the house and watch the children while she ran errands. During Read more some nights, I would come to the house and babysit while the children were asleep. During the summer of 2012 and 2013, I babysat for various different families. These ranged from just weekend night babysitting to full days. More specifically I babysit a family with 2 children, ages 8 and 9, for several weeks. Overall, my summers home from college have been filled with various babysitting for different families I have kept in contact with over the years. Based on these experiences, I feel comfortable babysitting children within any age range.
