I worked as a school bus matron for18 years.i was responsible for 10 to 13 children daily making sure they arrive at school safe. I am also fingerprinted by the Board of Education and trained in CPR and all safety regulations that applied to transporting children with autism & special needs. Understanding their daily routine along with their parents & caretakers. Each morning I would talk to the parent & make sure that my student was prepared & ready to come on the bus. I always wanted my students to be secure & comfortable on the school bus. Always wearing their seat belt. I have extreme amount of patiences to handle any situation. Now I am looking foward to sharing my experiences with a new child & family. I know that I am skilled though my 18 years working with special needs students.
