I come from a large family; 5 younger siblings and 2 older. I always loved being my mother's little helper as a child. As I grew older I was able to use the experience and knowledge that I gained while working as a babysitter, nanny, and now currently a preschool teacher. I received my Child Development Associates at Rockland Community College in 2011. I also became a certified EMT in 2008 and volunteered at a local ambulance corp. Although I have not worked as an EMT in many years, I am still first aid/CPR certified. I live a very active lifestyle. I love sports, hiking, swimming etc. When weather does not accommodate outdoor activities I can use a little creativity to make being stuck indoors a good time as well.
