I am a Columbia graduate student who lives in Ridgewood and is looking for summer work in childcare, a field in which I hold extensive experience. My graduate school year ends at the beginning of May, and I am available until mid-August. Additionally, I am open to working out a care schedule for during the school year as well. Previously I have worked as a preschool teacher, college-tutor, and long-time nanny for several children of all ages. I am studying to receive my Masters in Social Work at Columbia University, specifically to help undeserved children with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. I enjoy working with children of all backgrounds and ages. In the past I have worked at a preschool, as a counselor at several camps, as a writing teacher and clinical intern at a school for special needs children, and nannied for children aged 6 months- 7 years in Read more the Hudson Valley. I love arts and crafts, reading, playing outdoors, going on fun excursions, and figuring out ways to be creative with limited materials.
