I am red crossed trained in babysitting and would love to gain experience dealing with children of all ages.I have worked with children ages 18 months to 8 years old in a church child care service. In the church child care service myself along with two other volunteers watch children in a classroom while parents attend mass. Our main objective is to entertain the children by playing with them while also helping the younger ones learn shapes, words and basic skills such as sharing. Additionally I have cared for a 3-year-old girl who is a family friend. Our family friends just had a baby so while the mother is busy caring for the needs of the newborn I play with, feed and maintain the 3-year-olds schedule. In terms of caring for multiple children I have babysat with my friend for her two special needs brothers who are 8 and 16. Read more We worked together to entertain the boys while their parents were gone and also each spent a majority of our time with one boy each to ensure both felt we were paying attention to them. I am interested in babysitting because I would like to eventually become a pediatric anesthesiologist which will require me to be able to quickly create bonds with children of all ages.
