I have worked for a non profit agency caring and providing services to children, young adults and adults with special needs for 5 years. I also have worked for a preschool for special needs children for the last year. I have my early child care certificate. I am a certified Emt, I am cpr and first aid certified. I enjoy and absolutely love watching children and caring for children and adults. I enjoy the special needs population as well. It can be extremely challenging at times but it is also so rewarding. I have high standards and expectations for everyone including my self so that way there is always some growth and improvement if the bar is low there isn't much room for growth the higher the bar the more room for growth and improvement.
