I am currently a second grade teacher at Troy City School District. Prior to this I was a Special Education First Grade teacher in Queens. I attended SUNY Oneonta and received a B.S. in Childhood Education and have completed my Masters in Special Education at C.W.Post. Prior to teaching in Queens, I held many positions in the Roslyn School District on Long Island, including leave replacements, substitute teacher, teaching assistant and home instruction. For the past 9 summers I have worked with children at both sleep away and day camps supervising children of different ages. For the last five summers I was a member of the leadership team at Beth Sholom Day Camp on Long Island during which time I became CPR, first aid and epi-pen certified.
