Hello, my name is Courtney. I recently graduated from Stony Brook U with a degree in occupational therapy. I am excited to be working with kids and adults of various abilities and backgrounds, but I need to pass the boards first! I am looking for part-time work until that time comes. It is my personal and professional motive to get to know people, to learn about what is personally meaningful to them and to assist them in being the best versions of themselves. In addition to pediatric clinical experiences, I grew up as the eldest in a busy household-my mother babysat throughout my younger years. I have babysat for 4 different families while a teenager. The children ranged in age from 4-14. I am knowledgeable of developmentally appropriate play and milestones and am certified in First Aid and CPR.
