My love for children began in 1995 when I accepted a job at a wonderful daycare center in Patterson, New York. The children in my care ranged from ages 18 months to 11 years old duties included art projects, outside play, circle time, free play, going on field trips and age-appropriate activities. During my last three years at the daycare center, I took on the duties of assistant director. Oversering staff, parent interaction, calculating the finances of the center and much more. I also received numerous babysitting jobs from the parents. I "retired" in 2005 to stay at home with my daughter, who is now 11 years old. During my pregnancy, I worked a short time at a daycare in Elmsford, New York. I currently do home daycare and have cared for children from newborn to 11 years old. I am CPR /first aid certified.
