I am attending Kent State University to become a nurse. I am home for the summer and I would love the opportunity to be a caregiver. I want to go into pediatrics as a nurse and I think this would be beneficial to me and whoever hires me. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have worked with children in prior jobs, and have been a babysitter all throughout high school. I also have ran kiddie camps. My job at Kent has to deal with a wide age range. I work at a recreational facility and am responsible for overlooking the area and taking care of any problems that occur. There are many children that attend and that I have to (and love to) interact with. I have also dealt with children and adults with special needs with this job. I also worked at a dentist office and I Read more had to entertain the kids to make them more comfortable about being at the dentist. I love taking care of people while making it a fun time. I also love animals!
