My name is Carolyn and I live in Canfield. I started babysitting young children on and off at the age of 17. When I had my daughter at 25 I devoted all my time to raising her. I taught her how to read and write before she entered Kindergarten. I believe children are capable of so many things if they just have someone to take the time to show them. I also taught 7 children in the 2nd grade how to read at my daughter's school in Lakeland, FL. That was my biggest accomplishment and brought me the most joy to be able to see them read like the rest of their classmates. For 5 yrs I took care of a little boy named Britton in Florida from the time he was born until September of 2015 when I moved here to Ohio.
