Hello, My name is Susan and for 38 years I have worked in retail sales. In February 2015, I made the most rewarding and best decision in my entire life. I became my granddaughters full time caregiver....5 days a week, 9-10 hours a day. Going to their home at 7AM, sometimes staying there all day, especially when she was an infant or when the weather was bad,and bringing her to my home at other times . Unfortunately, the family situation has changed for them and I now only see her on weekends. I raised my husbands 2 sons. One was age 6 and the other 14 when my husband was awarded full custody. Therefore, I have just the 3 years of infant/toddler experience. Not having my granddaughter during the week has left a huge void in my life.
