I have been baby sitting for quite sone time now.. From babies-preteens.. Of course that comes with common colds and ear infections..allergies etc.. I have dealt and know how to do with such cases.. I never had the pleasure to babysit a kid with special needs but will have no problem doing so.. My previous job required me to be a fast learner and to be quick on my feet.. With watching kids that is a must.. I believe every day should be a learning experience.. But have fun while learning.. Letting kids be themselves is key..
