Hi My Name Tenay’ja Adams & I’m 23 Years old I’d describe my personality as Caring , Smart and Driven , I like working with kids because Working with kids provides me with the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities throughout the day and the responsibility of being in charge I’m looking for a job So that I Can not only build a Relationship with the parents but Most Importantly the child , when I'm taking care of a child I cherish Each and Every moment so that I can help the families support their child's growth and become an integral part of their development I started working with kids when I Was 15 My Neighbors 2 Single mothers that stay next door they worked and needed a sitter so before I went to school and after I would babysit for them they had girls one Was 3 Read more and the other one was 2 I Would make sure they are bath and Feed Every Morning/ night , oh and I also would watch my nieces and nephews In my spare time, I like to read , Cook write and I like to clean up I'm really chill and laid back that's why I keep Myself busy like babysitting and stuff like that One thing you should know about me is that I'm very ambitious Meaning that I have a strong desire and determination so succeed , I'm always striving to reach any and ever goal that I have My skills include 1. patience's you have to have patience when it comes to kid's. 2. problem solving I Never Really had this problem before because the kids that I babysat Was Chill and laid back and 3. Communication. being able to communicate with a child is essential for understanding their wants and needs
