I am retired, energetic, with experiences ranging from retail management, manufacturing management, and a position in child care with infants, 12- 18 mos, and three year old rooms/classes. I received state classes pertaining to the child care positions. I am well read on current child care and parenting skills. I raised a granddaughter from birth to early college graduation with honors using positive affirmations and disciplined with consequences. I also helped raise my youngest granddaughter (7) from birth through kindergarten after retirement. Again using positive affirmations, relating to child at their level physically, read, read ,read, getting outside to walk or play, crafts, take to various stores for experience, always smiles and laughter each day! I am interested in helping develop a child and supplement my Social Security in a part time position.
