My name is Lisa. I am 24 years old. I am currently working as a full time IV Technician with Pharmerica in Worthington. (In case you're wondering what I do exactly, I mix and compound the sterile IV bags you see in hospitals :) I love my job but it isn't what I could see myself doing for the rest of my life which lead me to enroll back into college. I will be studying petroleum engineering at Marietta College in the summer. (Yet, another hardly recognized or heard of career field.) My experience as a babysitter goes all the way back to my childhood. I am the oldest of four siblings and much older than many of my cousins. This made me the designated babysitter for life. I love having that experience, however, because it has made me a much more responsible and caring adult. Four years ago, my Read more sister gave birth to a beautiful and smart baby girl, my niece, Madison. She was a young and single parent, so I stepped in to help raise Madison as if she was my own. I was there for her during infancy and all the way until now. I spend all the time I can with her and I love to take her out and show her new experiences. I am very gifted in math and science and have often times tutored my peers, friends and family members. I have a very patient and gentle demeanor and many people have told me that I would make a great teacher. I enjoy tutoring children and helping them succeed in their schooling. My boyfriend and I both want a large family with lots of children and we are trying our hardest to keep the baby fever at bay until after my college. My biggest goal in life is to be a loving mother and the biggest role model in my children's lives. This goal is what drives me to go to college and be successful for my future family.
