We did not have the opportunity to utilize Ashley as a sitter, however, I did send two messages to Ashley G. and did not receive even a courtesy response to my inquiry even though it appears she logs into her account daily. For this reason I much prefer using an actual sitting service where I have always promptly received responses. Disappointing.
