Hello! My name is Kirsten West (not Mary Poppins) and while I don’t claim to be “Practically Perfect in Every Way”, I may be YOUR perfect match! I have worked as a child care professional for about 9 years, first in a daycare (3 1/2 years in the "potty training" room!) and then as a nanny for four local families. The age group I am most experienced with is 0 - 6 years, so yes I can change diapers, make homemade baby food, come up with sensory activities, art projects, and play games (all sorts!) Everyone has their baggage, right? My carpet bag does include my three year old daughter. All of my previous families have allowed me to bring one or more of my children and it can be good socialization for an only child. I can also only care for one child at this time (car seat laws!), Read more and I have a school pick up/drop off schedule to adhere to. I am only looking for part time work (20-25 hrs/wk), but may consider more for the right position. We have memberships to both the Museum Center and the Zoo that include a guest for outings, and I have cared for children for the whole 10 years I have lived in Cincinnati so I know all kinds of indoor and outdoor places for play and enrichment. I have several personal and professional references as well as an updated national background check upon request.
