SPECIALTY: NEWBORNS AND INFANTS! I am a former first grade, nursery and pre-school teacher. I have been a postpartum doula for the past 20 years. My specialty and interests are working with newborns and infants. Most of my babysitting training revolved around newborn infants. I have taken a class with Dr. Harvey Karp, author of The Happiest Baby On The Block. I am also certified in the Red Cross Pediatric Childhood and Infant Babysitting, First Aid, and CPR Course. My experience includes working with single newborns and multiples and with breast feeding moms and taught nursing infants to bottle feed also. I enjoy postpartum care and am available for babysitting as needed. I did teach infant baby basics at Babies R Us. Your children will have my full attention, with age appropriate activities such as singing, learning nursery rhymes, playing games, learning colors. I have two sons, 3 grandchildren, and Read more one pet cat. References available on request. Sincerely, Karen G
