Hi, I'm Kayla and I'm 21. I have been working in the childcare since I graduated high school(just started my fourth year gap for college). My favorite part of my job is seeing a child learn and show their independence through day to day tasks. My mom was the administrator of the center, my sister worked there as well; the position just came naturally to me. I was the lead toddler teacher for 1 &1/2 years. Currently have been the lead preschool teacher going on 2 years. I have had experience working with newborn through 12 years. I've had countless enjoyment from my niece and nephews and have completion of: child abuse, CPR, first aid, communicable disease, and several other classes. Recently, I attended a 'nature class' that shows many ways to incorporate nature into lesson planning for my classroom. I enjoy being outdoors: swim, hike, parks, run,(weather permittable). I Read more like dogs, sometimes I draw. I consider myself pretty organized.
