Hi! My name is Deej & I’m 21 years old, graduated with Madison High School’s class of 2014. When I’m not working I’m usually spending time with friends & loved ones, hiking, taking in a concert, or at home relaxing. I like to think I’m still young at heart; I often enjoy crafts, games, & even making blanket forts. I’ve been a care taker for just about as long as I can remember; in various positions too. I have 3 older siblings & 1 younger, so I myself come from a rather large family. I became an aunt when I was in 3rd grade. Just a few years after my nephew was born my sister & him moved back in with my parents; so I spent a lot of time in my young teens around babies & small children. I started babysitting for short amounts of time for 1-2 kids Read more around 8th grade. By the middle of my 10th grade year I started babysitting semi-regularly for my youth pastors 6 kids; ranging in age from 8mo-13yrs at the time & watched all 6 kids at their house for 6-8hrs a day 2-3 days a weeks. My first nanny position came late in the summer of 2014 just after graduation; I started working for a family providing after school care for their two girls (ages 5 & 8) and also working the occasional Saturday so the parents could enjoy a date night. Most recently I provided care to a high school friends 3 small children (ages 8mo & 2yr old twins) at their home; providing entertainment, snack & meals, household cleaning, and bath & bedtime care. I had no set schedule; as the kids mother work sporadic hours to make ends meet, including some 3rd shifts where I would provide overnight care for the children.
