I am applying for this job because I have always enjoyed giving my time to help others and as a mother of two I know how important it is to have a caregiver you can trust. I raised my children to be loving, caring, trustworthy and respectful. I encouraged my children to find what moves them ( what they enjoy ) and pursue their passion to the fullest. That way if they have to work hopefully they can find enjoyment in their career. My daughter is in medical school to become a pediatric endocrinologist and my son is pursuing a degree in engineering. I put my career on hold to be a stay at home mom. It allowed me to schedule my time to be a volunteer in activities at school and in a non profit organization. I have worked with children of all ages, whether it be voluntarily or Read more monetarily. I believe that investing ones time in helping another is very rewarding and I know that the compassion I have for others along with my experience in child care I will be an asset for this position.
