My experience includes babysitting and nannying for newborns, toddlers, and young children. I have had summer nannying positions in both high school and college. Throughout college, I even watched my professors' children! In addition to these experiences, I also spent one summer working at YMCA Childcare in my hometown in Ohio. In this position, I supervised school-aged children and looked after both newborns and toddlers. In all of my experiences, I have taken children on field trips and fun outings. I am responsible, fun, and outgoing. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, and anything fun (including playing with my one-year-old niece)! I moved to Carbondale to pursue my PhD in Counseling Psychology and have been eager to find a babysitting job for stress relief (it sounds strange, but kids are hilarious and fun to be around, so it's a nice break from school).
