I am a graduate of Wheelock College in Boston, Ma. I majored in Human Development with a focus in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in many different child care settings, mostly with 2-3 years olds but I have experience with children as young as a newborn and as old as 17. I love sports and being outside. I am not a fan of TV so I try to keep active doing other things while I am with the children. If you wish to know more please ask. ~ Karyn

I used Karyn for our wedding to watch the little ones. She was fantastic with them and met them all the day before the wedding so that she could get to know them a little before she had to baby sit them. All the parents were really happy with her and she came to my venue. Definitely recommend her!

Karyn was terrific! I was traveling to Lancaster area from out of town for my sister's wedding. Because both my wife and I were in the wedding, we wanted a sitter to care for my two-year old daughter and nephew. About a month ago, I interviewed Karyn via phone and she was polite, thorough, and had great references. I greatly appreciated her experience working in daycare. She met me on Friday before the wedding for a meet-and-greet and was very punctual. She instantly connected with my daughter and was able to care for her while I ran a few errands. During the wedding, she took great care of the two toddlers and everyone at the wedding commented on what an excellent job she did. I can't thank her enough for providing excellent care so that my wife and I could participate in my sister's wedding. I would recommend her to anyone needing care for a toddler and I would absolutely hire her again.

I was only in town for 2 days for a wedding and hired Karyn to watch my almost 6yr old and almost 2yr old for 10hrs at the hotel. We picked a hotel that was kid friendly so she didn't need to leave the property, but I would totally trust her to take my kids anywhere. On property she took them to the playground, then to the pool, she brought an arts & craft project, fed them snacks and dinner, gave them a bath, and put them both to bed. I've never had a sitter where both my kids were completely fine the entire time! Karyn is by far the best sitter I've ever had and I have moved a lot so I've gone through a lot of sitters. She is sweet, fun, but I feel the most important is responsible and mature. I only wished we lived closer to her!
