I am the oldest of 5 kids in my family. Ever since I was able, I helped my mom with the kids she would babysit in our own home. Even before preschool I have always been surrounded by children. My fascination and passion for children began when I was in high school and was babysitting on my own. Being a teacher at heart, I found myself observing kids while they played with each other and saw that I wanted to provide better environments to help them grow physically, socially, emotionally, and mentally. In May of 2014 I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and could not be more excited about this adventure. I am also an assistant coach for my hometown's high school girls soccer team. As of April 2015, I have certifications in Child Abuse and Neglect, Communicable Disease, First Aid, and CPR.
