Hi! I recently moved to the SW-MI area this past summer after completing my fellowship in Speech-Language Pathology at a pediatric outpatient rehabilitation clinic down in Adrian, MI. I have also had the chance to work within both elementary and junior high schools. I have been babysitting for over 18 years and have worked for many unique families, including those with one child to those with five children. I have also worked for families hosting events or parties and have cared for 20 children at once (!!). I am very comfortable working with newborns all the way up to pre-teens/teenagers, and have had significant experience caring for children with special needs in my role as a speech-language pathologist. For the past 8 years I have nannied for a wonderful family with 3 children (now ages 8, 10, and 12) who have grown to become my extended family, spending birthdays, vacations Read more and holidays together. I have also babysat routinely for 5 other families throughout the past few years, which have also created lasting friendships. While I am in the process of securing a new job within my field, I thought it would be only right to open my schedule up to providing childcare throughout the area. I love to be active and create fun, interesting games and crafts for kids (and myself!) to enjoy! I am willing to follow and respect any necessary rules set forth by the family and am interested in learning what I can do to help allow our time together to run smoothly.
