I've been babysitting since I was a young kid and I'm 40 now. I think babysitting at an early age made me a better parent and mostly gave me patience. I started staying all night at a home for weekends and sometimes a week by myself at 14 and watching my mom's friends two kids. One boy who was 10 months and one girl who was 1 1/2. I cooked, cleaned, done laundry, gave them there baths and got them in bed and read to them.
